Link tracking for agents

Who opened my dossier? Link tracking for agents

A PDF attachment disappears into an inbox, and you never learn what became of it. A link shows you. XORO sends no emails to your prospects. You send the link from your own mailbox and see in the cockpit what happens to it.

Free to try: new offices get a starter allowance of dossiers.

In short

You create a link for one or several dossiers and send it yourself. In the cockpit you see for each folder how often the link was opened, on how many devices and for how long. If a second device opens the link, XORO marks it as forwarded. XORO never learns the recipient’s email address.

What you see in the cockpit

What you set per link

You bundle several properties in one folder under one link, for example for a prospect looking at three villas.

What the numbers mean and what they do not

An open shows that the link was called up, not that anyone read the text. Time spent is a pointer for the conversation, not proof of interest.

The download lock only hides the button. A PDF someone may view can never be fully protected from being saved.

Privacy

XORO holds no contact details of your prospects, because the link goes from you to them. On an open, XORO stores time, property and device class, and the IP address and device only as a hash. The link page states that visits are logged for the agent. Without a PIN the page sets no cookies.

For business on Mallorca

XORO specialises in agents on Mallorca. Your prospects are often in another country and read the dossier in a different language than you. A link with statistics helps you time the follow-up.

  • The same property can be generated in several language versions and sent as a separate link each.
  • If a link goes to a second person, such as a partner or an adviser, you see it from the “forwarded” note.
  • A folder with several properties shows which one the prospect opens most often.

Common questions

Questions and answers

Can I see whether my dossier was opened?

Yes. The cockpit shows opens, devices and time spent per folder, plus the opens of the last 14 days per property. You also get an email on opening.

Does XORO learn my prospect’s email address?

No. You send the link yourself. XORO stores only time, property and device class, and IP address and device as a hash.

Can I shut a link off again?

Yes. You can revoke any link at any time, and also set an expiry date and a four-digit PIN.

Is this compatible with GDPR?

XORO stores as little as possible and points out the logging on the link page. Whether that is enough for your office is for your data protection contact to decide. XORO’s privacy policy describes what is stored.
