Sending by link

Send dossiers as a link and see what happens to them

Instead of a PDF attachment you send a link from your own mailbox. Several properties go into one folder under a single link.

What you see in the cockpit

For each folder the cockpit shows how often it was opened, on how many devices and for how long. Every property has its own chart with the opens of the last 14 days. If a second device opens the link, XORO flags it as forwarded. When someone opens it you get an email, at most one every 30 minutes per link.

What you set per link

You set an expiry date, a four-digit PIN and the download lock, and you can revoke the link at any time. The lock hides the download button. A PDF that someone may view can never be fully protected from being saved, though.

What XORO does not learn

Your prospect’s email address stays with you, because you send the link yourself. XORO stores IP address and device only as a hash. Without a PIN the link page sets no cookies.

What is XORO?

XORO is a property brochure generator for real estate agents in Mallorca. The web application reads an existing brochure (PDF, photo, screenshot or Word file), pre-fills a property form from it and, on request, creates a multilingual dossier as a PDF. The PDF carries your agency’s logo, colours and contact block. A language model writes the text, XORO then checks every figure against your property data, and you approve every step.

How do I turn a brochure into a multilingual dossier?

You create a property or read in an existing brochure, check the detected details, upload photos and optionally a floor plan, and choose language and tone. XORO then creates the sections and the PDF. For another language you create the same property again in the other language version. You can choose German, Swiss German, English (UK and US), Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Russian and Swedish.

Does the AI invent details about a property?

The text instructions forbid the model from adding details that are in neither your property data nor the curated local knowledge. After writing, XORO compares every figure in the text with the property data and marks deviations in red. A brochure you read in is only saved once you have confirmed the detected values. This does not replace your proofreading: the text goes to clients under your name, so read it through before sending.

Can I send a dossier as a link and see whether it was opened?

Yes. You create a link for one or more dossiers, optionally with an expiry date, a four-digit PIN and a download lock, and send it from your own mailbox. In the cockpit you see the opens, the number of devices and the time spent for each folder, and for each property the opens of the last 14 days. If a second device opens the link, it counts as forwarded. You can revoke any link.

What data about my prospects does XORO store?

No contact details. You send the link yourself, and XORO never learns the recipient’s email address. When a link is opened, XORO stores the time, the property and the device class, and IP address and device only as a hash. The link page states that visits are logged for the agent.

Where does my data go when the AI writes the text?

Claude from Anthropic writes the text. For this, the property data, your settings for tone and prospect and reduced copies of the property photos go to Anthropic. Redrawing a floor plan runs through an external image service and only starts when you press the button for it.

What does XORO cost?

You can try XORO for free: new agencies receive a starting allowance of dossiers. There is no price list for ongoing use on this page yet.
