What you can upload
The source does not have to be clean. A listing that only exists as a photo or screenshot works just like a PDF file.

What happens between upload and PDF
Every step ends with your check. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
- XORO reads price, areas, rooms, location and features and pre-fills the form.
- You check the values and add what is missing. A guessed value would be worse than an empty field.
- You upload photos, put them in order and add a floor plan. An image AI can redraw a hand sketch as a clean plan, and you decide whether it goes into the dossier.
- You choose one of ten language versions and one of three tones: refined, matter-of-fact or lifelike.
- XORO writes the sections, checks every number against the property data and sets the PDF with cover, location map and energy scale.
What you have afterwards
A PDF in your branding, with logo, colours, typeface and a contact block at the end. For another language you generate the same property again in the other version. You can download the dossier or send it as a link and see whether it was opened.
